By accessing or using our website and/or engaging in our photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. General Terms

By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Site and services.

2. Services Provided

Rooted Wildflower Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding, elopement, couple, family, and lifestyle photography. Detailed offerings and pricing can be found on our website.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking:
To reserve a session or event date, a signed contract and retainer are required. All booking details, payment timelines, and policies are outlined in the client contract provided at the time of booking.

Payment:
Final payment is due on the day of the session or by the date specified in your contract. Payment may be made via any approved method listed on your invoice.

Retainers:
Retainers secure your date and are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by the photographer.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice (or as outlined in your signed contract). Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date based on photographer availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, videos, and creative works produced by Rooted Wildflower Photography remain the intellectual property of Rooted Wildflower Photography and are protected by copyright law.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of delivered images. Any commercial use, resale, distribution, or editing beyond minor personal adjustments requires written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Cooperation:
Clients agree to cooperate and follow reasonable direction during sessions. Late arrivals or delays may reduce coverage or require additional fees.

Model Release:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant Rooted Wildflower Photography permission to use your images for marketing, portfolio displays, website content, print materials, and promotional purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide outstanding service, Rooted Wildflower Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including equipment failure, data loss, or scheduling conflicts beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for that service.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected. By using our Site or services, you consent to the handling of your data as outlined there.

8. Third-Party Links
